REFUND POLICY

Hardgainer University sells digital products that are delivered immediately after purchase.

Because our Products are digital and accessible instantly, all sales are final.

1. No Refunds for Digital Products

Once a digital Product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. Exceptions (Limited Cases)

Refunds may be granted only at our discretion in limited situations such as:

duplicate purchases

technical delivery failure that cannot be resolved

unauthorized purchase proven with supporting evidence

If an exception is granted, it will be handled case-by-case.

3. Chargebacks and Fraud

If you initiate a chargeback after receiving access to a Product, we reserve the right to revoke access immediately and dispute the chargeback with proof of digital delivery.
