All content on hardgaineruniversity.com — including the Blueprint PDF, bonus sheets, articles, images, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of Hardgainer University and is protected by copyright law.

Usage data — pages visited, time on site, referring pages, browser type, device type, and general location (country/region). Collected via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.

If you purchase the Blueprint, we tag your email as a buyer in our system and remove you from any sales sequences. Buyers receive product-related communications only.
